From traditional to original
Certain ingredients, such as honey and aromatic herbs, were already being mixed with wine in ancient Greece and Rome. We have recovered the original essence of these first drinks at the Season, but have also added a little something extra. By adding a twist to these true classics, we have turned them into drinks full of originality.

The Season experience would not be complete without a good wine or sparkling wine. We offer a menu of selected wines, cavas and champagnes to provide a perfect pairing with our tapas and dishes.

Empordà, Priorat, Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Montsant, Bierzo… We have the most highly rated DOs from our region, because that is what a good meal deserves. Whether it is red, white or rosé, we can recommend the most suitable wine. And if you want something a little more sparkling, you can always choose a top-class cava or champagne.
